A dark farmhouse style saison, What’s This? is the first beer we’ve ever made with gourds in the mashtun! These were joined by a complex malt bill, including three different varieties of rye for a spicy edge. Co-pitched with our house ale yeast alongside our brett blend, there’s a good hit of acidity on the palate, as well as soft, fruity notes from the hundreds of fresh peaches which were added to finish.
