Every brewery has one The contraption. You know the one. That machine you have that someone built or bodged together, and no one is quite sure how it works. But if you press it here and hold it here and stand on one leg and whisper 'i love beer' 3 times it miraculously works every time! This beer is nothing like that. This beer is not complicated, in fact it's quite the opposite. A simple, easy drinking, classic Abbeydale pale hopped with Summit, Pacific Jade and Amarillo.
This little beer head will always show you how to have a good time This little beer head knows how to party. He called on his hoppy pals Chinook, Simcoe, Summit and Willamette and they've spent the week dancing themselves into a glorious liquid gold full of citrus bitterness and a nice punchy, fruity bite.
Pale & hoppy A very pale beer with lots of hop character. Lovely citrus flavours, orange and grapefruit and a rounded bitter finish. Very refreshing and easy drinking.
Sea Sat and Caramel Prepare to be granted Salvation!
This version of our stout series is a smooth, sweet and full-bodied stout, with warm caramel flavours, gently seasoned by a shrinking of Sea Salt. Since this beer first appeared we've upped the ABV and beefed up the flavours.
Golden beer with New Zealand hopped loveliness A classic pale, bitter beer made with finest Maris Ottter malt. A very generous helping of hops from New Zealand give lovely fruity and citrus aromas and flavours and a long-lasting bitter finish. Deceptively easy-drinking.

Peach Iced Tea Pale Originally brewed for Collabfest 2016, but this was such a hit we just had to bring it back. Doesn�t quite manage six senses� but looks peachy, smells peachy, tastes peachy, and goes down faster than M Night Shyamalan�s career. Brewed with oodles of fresh peaches, El Dorado hops, organic sencha tea from Sheffield based Birdhouse Tea Co. and hibiscus flowers. Well balanced on the palate with fruity tannins and a delicate finish. **Please note CASK is fined, KEG is UNFINED and vegan friendly.

Single hopped mixed fermentation pale Featuring the noble Tradition hop in our accessible farmhouse style. Light acidity and mellow funk coupled with the grassy pine notes from the hops make this a great beer to introduce you to the wonderful world of mixed fermentation beers, and Brettanomyces in particular.

American style Grapefruit IPA Collaboration with Kuhnhenn Brewing Company, Michigan. Big American style IPA with hops, hops and more hops! Hops even went into the mash! Fresh Grapefruit juice and zest added at the end of fermentation for a lovely citrus bite that builds to a dry fruity finish.

Fermented hot with Norwegian Kveik yeast for additional fruity flavour and an interesting take on the style.

Tart, spicy saison with foraged nettles Collaboration with Sheffield bar & eatery Church: Temple of Fun. Brewed with locally foraged nettles hand picked by our Funk Dungeon brewer Jim. Classic saison aged in American oak for 6 months and secondary fermented with our house Brett blend. Lip-smackingly spicy from rye as well as the nettles but with a gentle, rounded finish.
To purify your sins... 😉 Refreshing pale, with lots of pineapple and pear notes enhanced by juicy mango, tropical fruits and lime notes. Easy full bodied with a light bitter finish.
Cascade & Citra What better than a juicy, citrussy session IPA to quench the thirst. We used all the big C�s in this - Columbus, Chinook, Cascade & Citra, plus an extra boost from Mosaic.

Strawberry & chocolate smoked imperial stout Imperial dessert stout jam packed with real strawberries, 9 different malts, a little smoked barley, smoked cherrywood chips, sweet molasses and hopped with Galena. A thick, rich, fruity and puddingy beer. Flaked oats and molasses provide a vegan friendly indulgent, silky and gloopy shake-like mouthfeel. Collaboration with craft beer artist Lewis Ryan aka Lewy, scaled up from Lewy's homebrew recipe.

Froconut Weizen Smooth and creamy, lightly tart wheat beer with toasted coconut and coconut milk. Hopped with Sorachi Ace to ramp up to the tropical flavours.
Funk Dungeon – Ryes From The Grave 7.2%
BA Blended Sour The first full release from our barrel ageing project sees 18 months of patience coming to fruition. Three beers aged in a mix of American oak and French ex-red wine barrels have been blended together and given a final fermentation with cherry and blackcurrant.
Kaffir Lime Leaf & Lemongrass Saison This super refreshing Saison has an abundance of flavour. Unique citrus from the Kaffir leaf and a sharp and tangy body from the introduction of lemongrass without an overwhelming bitterness
Pat's 'Breakfast Beer' Brewery owner Pat Morton began making this beer way back in the late 90's, and with it's low ABV and easily quaffable flavour it was heralded as his 'breakfast beer'. Very pale straw-coloured beer with herby aromas. The flavour is pleasant and grassy with hints of green peppers and a moderate bitterness. It has lots of body and flavour for its gravity and is crisp, fresh and clean tasting; an excellent session beer.

Returning by popular demand With 30kg of Nelson Sauvin in the recipe, this beer is sure to be a crowd pleaser for the hop heads amongst you!! Originally brewed for our series of 20th birthday delights, we wanted to go all out hop crazy for this one. Believe me, I would not try to be deceptive about our Deception! Aromas of elderflower and grapes. Strong citrus flavours, especially grapefruit, and a long lasting bitter finish.

With Peddler Market 2018's most requested beer of ours just had to make a return, except this year we've gone and used Cryo hops too for even more juicy goodness!
It's out there... Brewed using predominantly Enigma hops from Australia. This pale straw coloured beer bursts with redcurrant character and slight hints of melon. It�s finished with more Enigma as dry-hop additions for that full on hoppy kick.

In collaboration with Amor Artis The beer was brewed with wheat, oats, rice and Munich malt which provide an interesting biscuity backbone to work with. We added orange peel, yarrow and Cardinal hops, and fermented using our ever evolving house saison yeast blend. Expect a light and refreshing beer that's just perfect in the early summer sun, with a delicate citrus oiliness, herbal honey notes from the yarrow and a spicy finish. A blend of three beers, barrel aged with Plums from Heeley City Farm A blend of three beers, with the oldest rested on Plums from Heeley City Farm and finished with a touch of vanilla. Fermented with a combination of house and wild yeasts including those from the skins of the plums themselves. Slightly tart with a complex aroma.

We got the FUNK! Single hopped pale ale finished with Brettanomyces. Soft oak character with a sticky hop presence and a nice gentle funk.

It's BACK! Our beloved former member of the Regulars, first brew since 2016. A well balanced, russet brown beer made with Amarillo hops.�Aromas of malt loaf and marmalade with someburnt toast coming through from the dark malt. Flavours include coffee, toffee and liquorice with underlying spice and cloves.
