Hidden in the depths of Abbeydale Brewery lurks our nano-batch barrel ageing and souring project: the Funk Dungeon.

The culmination of three years of aging and blending, Sheffield Red is the pride of our Funk Dungeon!  Tart upfront, there’s a burst of acidity from the very first sip. An abundance of red fruit flavours, grape skin tannins and sour cherry notes, all pulled together by a gently oaky backbone.
