Our modern interpretations of classic and historical beer styles, the Restoration series takes the traditional and brings it back with a contemporary twist.

A special release created to celebrate our brewer Thom’s wedding! Gently sweet with notes of caramel, balanced by a piney and spicy edge. We’ve given it a modern American twist with the addition of Columbus, Cascade & Centennial hops. Finishes smooth with a fresh, light bitterness.

Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Cascade

Malt: Maris Otter Barley, Wheat, Munich, Pale Chocolate, Rye
