A barrel aged sour beer, finished with Lapsang Souchong tea and sea salt. A light smokiness perfectly complements the smooth oak character from the barrels, juxtaposed with pleasant malty spice from rye and crystal rye malts. A blend of a 3-year old beer aged in ex-sherry butt and a fresher beer created in 2022
