Hops are our bread and butter here at Abbeydale Brewery, so we’ve put together a mixed pack with a selection of some of our hoppy favourites
2 x Serenity – 3.8% Session IPA with Cascade and Galaxy hops
2 x Heathen – 4.1% American Pale Ale, featuring Caramalt in the grist and 100% Mosaic hops
2 x Soul Of Sheffield – 5.6% Brewed in collaboration with legends of latenights, the Leadmill, this amplified IPA is single hopped with Vic Secret for a clean, vibrant character and tropical notes.
3 x Incognito Heathen – 4.1% American Pale – The freshest variation of our Heathen APA, showcasing Mosaic in Incognito and Spectrum form, cutting edge hop products which bring maximum flavour impact in a more environmentally friendly way.
3 x Homestead – 4.3% Hazy Pale – Equanot, Mosaic and Idaho 7 create a juicy pale ale holding the flavours of a tropical fruit salad, with papaya, peach and mango notes being followed up by a hint of peppery spice and pine. Hazy, low bitterness, easy drinking and delicious.
