1 x Cultivator – Experimental Pale – 5.3% – Complex and intensely aromatic, Brewgas Blackberry Kush and Pineapple Express propagate a potent dank piney character and plant flavour notes of sticky resin on the palate.
1 x Deliverance – DIPA – 7.0% – Expect notes of juicy citrus, layered upon lashings of creamy coconut and a delicate hint of bourbon complimented by a generous, peachy nose from this tasty trinity of Sabro and family!
1 x Homestead – Hazy Pale – 4.3% – This time we’ve selected Equanot, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops to create a juicy pale ale holding the flavours of a tropical fruit salad, with papaya, peach and mango notes being followed up by a hint of peppery spice and pine.
1 x Stroopwafel – Imperial Stout – 10.6% – One of our most talked about beers! Warming spices combine with a delicious hint of caramel over a silky smooth, velvety body.
1 x Obsession: Simcoe – IPA – 5.3% – We’ve kept the malt base straightforward with just a little biscuit malt for sweetness, providing a clean backbone to allow these very special hops to truly shine, and adding an abundance of Simcoe in leaf, T90 and Cryo form.
1 x Pine Range – West Coast Pale – 4.5% – Floral and full bodied, this West Coast style pale ale takes inspiration from a California classic, with a clean malt bill allowing the big-hitting hop combination of Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Mosaic to shine through.
1 x Ruby Mild – 4.8% – Our first ever Ruby Mild is rich, smooth and full bodied, with unsung heroes of the UK hop world Fuggles giving a gently floral blackcurrant character to balance out the mellow and moreish malt bill.
1 x Salvation: Irish Cream – Stout – 5.4% – Smooth, sumptuous and sweet, this stout is a real treat. Deliciously deluxe vanilla notes combine with soft caramel flavours and just a hint of roasted character for balance. Rich and oh so creamy with a full mouthfeel and a mellow finish.
1 x Trailblazer – Hazy Pale – 4.4% – featuring the bit hitting trilogy of Amarillo, Simcoe and Galaxy hops for a vibrant and juicy beer with notes of tropical fruits and a hint of resinous pine.
1 x Hop Water: Nelson Sauvin – 0% –Â This is not beer! Â This is the finest Yorkshire water, infused with our favourite hops and lightly carbonated to create a refreshing, relaxing soft drink, or delicious mixer.
1 x Heathen – American Pale – 4.1% – A wonderfully refreshing American style Pale ale, showcasing Mosaic hops bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness. Dry hopped with even more Mosaic for good measure!
1 x Moonshine – Pale – 4.3% – Our most popular beer & multi award winning Sheffield icon since 1996. Hopped with Willamette, Delta, Citra, Chinook & Centennial – this is a beautifully well balanced pale. A distinctive floral aroma, a smooth body & a mellow, predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit & lemons to the fore.
