The Restoration series takes the traditional and brings it back with a contemporary twist.

Loosely inspired by a recipe dating from 1957, our take on this historic Scotish style is delicately constructed using our base Maris Oter barley.

We’ve added just a little maize to lighten the body then coloured with caramel, as is tradition. Hopped with Goldings, expect a satisfyingly smooth and well balanced beer – malt-forward with a rich dried fruit character.
