Swifty: Fonio Edition 4.2% Our 2024 charity beer Created in collaboration with and in support of Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust. In recognition of the amazing migratory journey that swifts make, we’ve combined UK grown hops with Fonio, a sustainably grown ancient African grain, for a unique and easy drinking pale ale. Crisp, clean and with flavours of melon and citrus alongside a gentle hedgerow character and a dry, bitter finish.
