A special beer leaping straight from the depths of the Funk Dungeon, this green hop saison is bright and breezy. Celebrating the finest of English terroir you can expect a light and refreshing pop, with a zesty aroma and a fizz of oak and marmalade that rounds into a delicate funky farmhouse finish.

Our Designer and Brand Manager James grows hops in his garden in suburban North East Leeds – and hand picked a fresh batch of his Yorkshire Cascade especially for this beer. These joined a heady combination of 100% UK grown hops,  which all bounce from the firm foundation of heritage Plumage Archer grain layered over the ever dependable Maris Otter.

Having rested in English Red Wine barrels, and wet hopped during conditioning the resulting beer is pleasingly delicate with a roundly accessible PH of 3.4.

All orders are packaged within 24 hours Monday to Friday, and are delivered in between 1 and 4 days. Please be aware that we cannot offer weekend delivery, and orders made after 1pm on Thursday will be sent the following Monday in order to avoid them spending multiple days in transit.
