The Specials in cask
We're always conjuring up some special beers.
Flavours come from the pale malt grist, balanced by lots of flavour from the hops. Herby and grassy flavours dominate. A balanced finish, with some bitterness to complement the sweetness from the malt, makes this a very easy drinking beer.
A classic modern pale ale. It has fruity aromas with flavours of tropical fruits and a hint of spiciness and some sweetness from Motueka and Green Bullet hops that's balanced by a lasting bitter finish.
Our artist is into surrealism...
as should be apparent from even a quick glance at the Dr Morton's pumpclips, but he also loves the original surrealists and there is a series of Abbeydale pumpclips, all incorproating the broken arch into a homage of a well-known surrealist artwork. Up to you to spot the artists. See, we are into education too.
Fabulous fruity apricot and melon flavours mingled with citrusy orange for a beautifully full flavored and refreshing well hopped beer.
